UNDERAGE DRINKING IN VILLAGE OF SPRINGVILLE
Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of 4 underage Springville residents.
Deputies Jason Bouton, Robert Kolmetz and Sgt. Bill Cranston responded to a loud music complaint on Newman Street in the Village of Springville. 4 youths were found inside the apartment possessing alcoholic beverages.
The 4 youths were charged with ABC 65-C and all were released on appearance tickets.
