DWI ARREST – SENECA NATION
September 9, 2009- Seneca Nation- 2140 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an Angola woman on DWI charges.
While on patrol, Deputy Ken Achtyl responded to a reckless operation call. Witnesses stated that a vehicle had run 2 stop signs nearly colliding with multiple cars. Deputy Achtyl conducted a traffic stop of the offending vehicle. His investigation led to the arrest of Lois M. Szczesniak age 51 of Angola for Driving While Intoxicated. Ms Szczesniak did submit to a breath test with a result of .08% BAC.
Ms. Szczesniak was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets to a 3rd party returnable to the Town of Brant Court at a later date.
