September 12, 2009- Town of Marilla-044 HRS- Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a Town of Lancaster man for narcotic charges following a traffic stop in the T own of Marilla.
Deputy Gene Nati stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Three Road in the Town of Marilla and upon further investigation, found the driver, 39 year old Mark Mioducki of Holland Avenue in Lancaster, to be in possession of one Lori tab pill and a small amount of cocaine, both wrapped in a plastic baggie. Mioducki was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree. He was subsequently released on an appearance ticket and traffic ticket for the offenses; returnable to the Town of Marilla Court at a later date.
The narcotics were taken to the CPS lab for analysis.
