AMHERST MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI IN TOWN OF MARILLA

September 14, 2009- Town of Marilla- 5:00 PM- Sheriff Tim Howard reports that an Amherst man was arrested in the Town of Marilla and charged with DWI.

40 year old Mark Behrends, of Amherst, was stopped by Deputy Daryl De Mari on Two Rod Road for speeding. It was determined Behrends was intoxicated and his test results were .15 BAC. He was realsed to a family member pending arraignment in the Town of Marilla Court.
