NIAGARA FALLS MAN ARRESTED ON NARCOTICS CHARGES IN TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND
September 19, 2009- Town of Grand Island- 0231 HRS:
Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a Niagara Falls man for narcotics possession following a traffic stop on the I190 in the Town of Grand Island.
Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Adam Imiolo stopped a vehicle driven by 28 year old Robert Z. Kresman of Cleveland Avenue- Niagara Falls.
During the stop and upon further questioning, it was discovered that Kresman had one gram of powdered cocaine and a small sandwich baggie of marijuana on his possession.
Kresman was subsequently arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree (D) felony and unlawful possession of marijuana (violation).
Kresman's vehicle was towed and he was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and held pending his arraignment in the Town of Grand Island Court.
