SHOPLIFTING ARREST AT CATTARAUGUS INDIAN RESERVATION
Village of Springville- September 26, 2009- 2:16 PM- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Cattaraugus Indian Reservation resident for shoplifting.
Deputy John Davis arrested Samantha Mohawk, age 25, of Route 438 on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation for Petit Larceny. Mohawk was observed by security personnel at the Springville Wal-Mart allegedly taking $24.00 in merchandise without paying for it.
Mohawk was released on an appearance ticket that is returnable in Springville Court at a later date.
