NIAGARA FALLS MAN ARRESTED ON NARCOTICS CHARGES ON GRAND ISLAND

September 27, 2009- Town of Grand Island- 23:31 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Niagara Falls Man on narcotics related charges. Deputies Jordan Grabar and Brad Girdler stopped Edward F. Tredo for having a loud exhaust on Stony Point Road in Grand Island. The subsequent investigation revealed that Tredo was in possession of marihuana and MDMA (Ecstacy). Tredo was charged with Driving with a loud exhaust, unlawful possession of marihuana, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in his vehicle, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on appearance tickets for Grand Island Court to answer the charges.
