DOMESTIC ALTERCATION LEADS TO ARREST OF ELMA MAN

Erie County Sheriff Timothy B Howard reports that a domestic in the Town of Elma between father and son resulted in the son going to the Erie County Holding Center.

Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Darryl DeMari responded to a residence on Queens Way in the Town of Elma. Mr. Forrest stated his son (Juvenile) had caused approximately $10,000 worth of damage to his house and vehicle. He also stole approximately $4000.00 in cash and then left the residence.

The subject was located on Transit Road, Elma, by Deputy Darryl DeMari. The subject fought with the deputy and had to be pepper sprayed. He was treated at the scene by East Seneca Fire Company and then taken to the Erie County Holding Center.

He was charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration and Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree.

He will be arraigned in the Town of Elma Court.
