SEXUAL ARREST- TOWN OF ALDEN
October 4, 2009- Town of Alden - 11:24 AM- Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports that a male nurse's aide molested a female nurse's aide at the Erie County Home and Infirmary.
Deputy Steve Smith arrested Jeremiah Johnson, age 31 of Buffalo, after he molested a 22 year old female nurses aide while working together at the Erie County Home and Infirmary. Mr. Johnson held her in a room and started kissing and groping her. He then exposed himself to her. She was able to push him aside and exit the room. She was not injured. Mr. Johnson fled the area after deputies arrived and later turned himself into Deputy Steve Smith.
He was charged with unlawful imprisonment; forcible touching of another person's parts and attempted criminal sexual act- first degree. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
