HAMBURG MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI

October 7, 2009- Village of Springville- 000HRS: Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a Hamburg man for DWI. While on patrol in the Village of Springville, Deputy Jason Bouton conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for traffic violations. His investigation resulted in the arrest of James N. Heppner, age 47 of Hamburg for DWI. Mr. Heppner did submit to a breath test with a result of .14% BAC

Mr. Heppner was released on Uniform Traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Springville Court.
