TOWN OF BRANT WOMAN ARRESED FOR DWI
October 7, 2009- Town of Brant- 0400 HRS:
Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a Brant woman for DWI. While on patrol Deputy Jason Bouton conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for traffic violations on Southwestern Boulevard in the Town of Brant. His investigation resulted in the arrest of Rachel Huff of Brant for DWI. Ms. Huff did submit to a breath test with a result of 0.17 BAC.
Ms. Huff was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $250.00 bail.
