PERSONAL INJURY AUTO ACCIDENT IN TOWN OF BRANT
October 9, 2009- Town of Brant- 4:14 AM- Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports a personal injury automobile accident involving a pedestrian, which has left the pedestrian in critical condition at ECMC.
Erie County Sheriff's deputies responded to the accident on Old Lake shore Road near the entrance to Snow's Marina, on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation in the Town of Brant. An unknown vehicle, which left the scene of the accident, struck 26 year old Jesse S. White, of Gowanda, NY. White suffered numerous internal injuries along with a head injury. White was transported by Mercy Flight to ECMC where he was listed in critical condition.
The accident remains under investigation by the Erie County Sheriff's Accident Investigation Unit.
