WEST SENECA MAN CHARGED WITH DWI IN VILLAGE OF SPRINGVILLE
October 10, 2009- Village of Springville- 0340 HRS:
Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a West Seneca man on DWI charges.
Deputies Don Hoelscher, Jason Bouton and Paul McMahon responded to a complaint of an intoxicated driver at the McDonald's drive thru in the Village of Springville. Upon arrival they found the operator passed out at the wheel of his vehicle with the key in the ignition. Their investigation resulted in the arrest of Steve Logle, age 23 of West Seneca for DWI. Mr. Logel did submit to a breath test with results of 0.16% BAC.
He was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Village of Springville Court.
