October 18, 2009- Town of N. Collins- 9:29 AM- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B Howard reports that a domestic disturbance leads to a North Collins husband and wife being arrested.
Erie County Sheriff's Deputies Jeffrey Hicks and Robert Kolmetz responded to a domestic complaint of a husband and wife fighting on Railroad St in N.Collins. John Stoll age 20 had knocked his wife to the ground. When deputies responded Mr. Stoll found with them and had to be pepper sprayed to be subdued. He was arrested and taken to the North Collins sub-station for de-contamination.
He was charged with Harassment 2nd,Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and Resisting Arrest. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
Mia Stoll was charged with Harassment for punching her husband while he was being placed under arrest. She was released on an appearance ticket.
