TOWN OF SARDINIA MAN ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
NOVEMBER 15, 2009- Town of Sardinia Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Sardinia man for a domestic violence related incident. Roderick J. Kelly, age 51, of S. Protection Rd. was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Endangering the welfare of a child, after he knocked his wife down and grabbed her by the throat. Mr. Kelly appeared to be intoxicated at the time, and was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on no bail pending his arraignment in Sardinia Court.
