November 17, 2009- Lancaster, N.Y.- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Buffalo resident for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Emily Nelson was patrolling District 2 on Genesee Street when Justine M. Dixon (42) pulled out in front of her, nearly causing a collision. Deputy Nelson subsequently stopped Dixon's vehicle. Dixon failed several roadside sobriety tests. After further investigation, Deputy Nelson charged Dixon with DWI. A breath test revealed that she had a .15% Blood Alcohol Content.
Dixon was released on Traffic Tickets to answer her charges in Lancaster Court.
