APPLICATION FOR VENDING PERMITS
RALPH C. WILSON STADIUM

The County of Erie is currently accepting applications for 30 vending sites at several designated locations, on county–owned land, around the outside of the Ralph C. Wilson Stadium. Vendor Permits and specific sites will be awarded by a lottery which will be opened to the public. Veterans and Disabled Veterans, who meet the qualifications in Sections 32 and 35 of the General Business Law, will receive first consideration in the lottery process.

The Application Packet will contain eligibility requirements as well as other forms necessary for completion of the application and may be obtained from:

Applications must be postmarked by July 20, 2007. The lottery will be held at 1 pm on July 30, 2007 at the above address.
