- The Village of Alden Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing area and use variance requests. Typically, a variance is sought from an applicant who cannot meet the requirements of the Zoning Code of the Village of Alden.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, as needed. The meetings are held at 6:30PM at the Village of Alden Municipal Building, 13336 Broadway, Alden, NY 14004.
